Customers will benefit from online access to the core systems that look after their account. WebManage will provide increased convenience, flexibility and availability of information. This will allow customers to; access their invoice history, see what services RapidHost are providing, ensure contact details are correct, change their credit card information, or make a sales, technical or accounts query. All this and more will be available online.
